1. The Service
Yes No Detective is a free web game where you deduce the truth of a case through yes/no questions with an AI dealer. The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be discontinued without prior notice.
2. Eligibility & Agreement
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service (a restriction that follows from the terms of the external AI APIs we rely on). Before the game starts you confirm that you are 18 or older (we do not ask for your date of birth); by continuing to use the Service after that confirmation, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If the terms change materially, we will post a notice in the Service.
3. Use of AI & Fiction
Case stories are planned and edited by the operator, with AI tools used in the production process. Artwork is produced with AI tools, and in-game verdicts are generated by AI in real time. Everything is fictional. Any resemblance to real people, organizations, or events is coincidental. AI verdicts may be inaccurate; you can dispute one in-game with the đŠ feature.
4. Rules of Use
The following are prohibited: excessive automated requests, circumventing usage limits, disrupting the Service, attempting to access others' backup data, and unauthorized bulk extraction of content. Violations may result in restricted access. Daily usage limits apply.
5. Intellectual Property & Your Input
Copyright and all other rights in the case stories (including case setups, clues, and solution write-ups), artwork, and the game system belong to the operator (Š Yes No Detective). Personal, non-commercial use, including sharing your results, is welcome. Gameplay videos and streams are permitted, monetized or not, as long as you credit the source (the Service name or URL). Without the operator's prior written consent, you may not reproduce, translate, or redistribute all or a substantial part of a story or its solution, port it to another service, app, or publication, or collect or use it as AI training data. For the question and answer text you enter in the game, the operator may use it to operate and improve the Service (including verdict-quality analysis).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service, including data loss or disadvantages caused by verdict errors. Game records live in your browser; without a linked Google backup they cannot be recovered once browser data is cleared.
7. Account Linking & Optional Marketing Consent
Linking a Google account is optional and used only to back up and restore your progress. When linking, you may optionally consent to receiving game news and updates by email. Consent is never a condition of using the Service and can be withdrawn at any time on the My Account page. Your server backup (including the consent record) can be permanently deleted from My Account.
